Your customer service was horrible. You misdiagnosed my car, fixed the wrong thing and 4 days later it was broke in a parking lot. The wors part was, I was willing to have you fix my 2nd issue but you were not willing to work with me for all the inconvenience you caused. Awful, just awful unethical, heartless bastards. I have spent thousands of dollars at your company throughout the years and everyone knows in customer service the most important thing is to make the customer happy. I literally came home in tears because I have never felt so screwed over by anyone in my life. You literally stole from me. How can you support your families knowing you steal from innocent people who trust you with their vehicles? I will definitely make sure everyone I know does not go to either of your facilities. And that will cost you a lot more then the 30/40% break I was looking for for YOUR dishonesty and misdiagnoses.
