Apple Ford's Collision Center TRI-STATE IS TERRIBLE! THE FIRST TIME I DEALT WITH THEM I WAS WRECKED INTO MY FRONT FENDER BY ANOTHER VEHICLE AND I DECIDED TO USE THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSE TO MY HOUSE. WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE REPAIR. THEY MATCHED THE COLOR SATISFACTORY BUT I FOUND SCREWS MISSING AND THE INSIDE LINER OF THE FENDER NOT REPOSITIONED CORRECTLY. LIKE THEY SPENT AN HOUR ON IT BUT HAD IT FOR OVER A WEEK.\r
I WAS HIT YET AGAIN WITH MORE OF A MAJOR REPAIR TO MY WHOLE FRONT END BUT IT WAS ONLY DAMAGE TO MY OTHER FENDER , HEADLIGHT AND A SUPPORT BEHIND THE FENDER. OUT OF NECCESSITY AND NOT HAVING A RENTAL, I HAD TO TAKE IT TO TRI-STATE COLLISION AGAIN. AFTER 3 WEEKS OF ME HAVING TO CALL EVERY FEW DAYS ABOUT UPDATES ON THE CAR THEY FINALLY SAID IT WAS FINISHED ON 3 SEPERATE OCCASIONS AND THEN WOULD CALL ME ON THE WAY TO PICK IT UP TO SAY THAT IT WASN'T FINISHED YET! FINALLY, ONCE IT WAS SUPPOSEDLY COMPLETE, WHEN I GOT THERE I IMMEDIATELY SAW THAT THE HEADLIGHTS WERE MISALIGN
