We recently purchased a house and wanted to find qualified tenants quickly. Denise Kilker researched properties and rents in our area and was able to provide accurate rental income information before we purchased our house, which is critical information. She was able to find extremely well-qualified tenants in a very short period of time. Denise is very responsive as well. Jenny was very helpful and expeditious in drafting the lease and arranging details and signing. APM is definitely ""top drawer"" and to be highly recommended to both landlords and tenants.
