Review content:
POOR customer service!!!! I had new Wayne Dalton, series 9600 garage doors installed in 2005. Recently (2009), the large door (16x7) was blown in from the wind. I called Pacific Overhead garage doors to have the the damaged door replaced. A representative from POGD came out a few days later to give me an estimate. He looked at the damaged door and said he would get back with me. So after two weeks of not hearing from them I called them to find out when they could come out to replace my door. The first thing they told me was that the doors were not covered buy the manufactures warranty and a new 16x7 door would cost $1200.00 installed. My original installation receipt dated 3/3/2005, showed the price I paid $750.00 for the 16x7 door. Happily, I found a company that quoted me a price of $800.00 installed with support brackets for the same Wayne Dalton door.
