Future Patients: \r PROS:\r -Dr Adams and Dr Cassidy are nice and do not diagnose any treatment that is unnecessary. \r -TV in every room\r -Complimentary coffee\r -Office looks new and modern\r \r CONS:\r -The office has large black cockroaches that are constantly killed and swept up so the patients do not see them. There are so many roaches that they have been known to crawl up the pant legs of the front desk ladies and on patients during treatment.\r -Beware of ""bleaching for life"". If you so much as miss a routine cleaning, you lose it.\r -Constantly quoting people incorrectly and then sending them a bill/to collections after they were told their insurance would cover the treatment.\r -Have had several BBB complaints regarding billing\r -Cleanings are rushed\r -Crowns always falling off\r -ALWAYS a new staff\r -Ultrasonic cleaner (that cleans instruments) does not work.\r \r Word to the wise: Do not trust their quotes. They ""sell treatment"" (by any means necessary) in order to meet their production goals.\r \r Future Employees: \r PROS: \r Free coffee?\r CONS:\r *They hire people full-time but in reality they want on call employees who will sit in the office for free and wait until ""money"" walks in the door. \r *Management tells you that they offer 39 hrs/wk ALWAYS with opportunity for overtime but then have you working 2-3 days/wk. \r *If you question why your hours have been cut, they fire you. \r *They do not have necessary instruments to do a thorough cleaning and you will have to bring your own.\r *Equipment (ultrasonic cleaner, chairs, computer) malfunctions daily\r *Management starts rumors that your coworkers are gossiping about you in order to ""motivate"" you to do more housekeeping (non-dental) tasks\r *Not an equal opportunity employer. Upper management hires minorities and then the office manager fires them.\r *If you're a minority and they have no reason to fire you, they will blame the termination on ""several patient complaints"" yet they will never be able to produce any documentation of the alleged complaints. \r \r Management (or the lack there of): \r Mary Wiggins (blonde, works at front desk), the office [micro]manager, is single handedly the reason for the high turnover at this place. She literally fires someone every week. When I was hired EVERYONE in the office was new...can you say red flag? A Hispanic woman was fired without warning on my 2nd day.\r \r Mary requires back office staff to:\r - clock out if a patient no shows\r - work at other locations up to 1 hr away if she cannot fill the schedule (and she rarely does)\r - take ""long lunch"" if a patient no shows before and/or after lunch\r - do janitorial work (wash windows, sweep, dust, etc)\r - come in early but be unable to clock in\r \r Word to the wise: Before you get fired, interview elsewhere on your frequent/random days off.
