This was a nightmare! The most horrifying service I have ever encountered in my entire life. Had to take my cat here to be put down bcuz my regular vet had surgerys all day. She (my cat) had a history of kidney problems, and I emptied my entire bank account on this cat, who I thought of as a part of my family. She was my child. She had been on home IV's, meds, feeding syringes, etc. But in the end she was so sick and gasping for air and her regular doctor advised me that once she is unable to breath, then take her in emergency and have her put down. All human contact at Aurora Vet, were downright rude, wouldn't answer any of my questions before, during, or after the process of euthanasia. I felt as tho I was a nuissance to them. When they were attempting to stick her with the needle, they must of stuck her about 8 times trying to find a vein. Finally they picked her up and flipped her over, and started sticking her in the other leg about 4 more times. When I questioned them about it,
