I recently moved to this area and have had 3 experiences with the Aurora Vet Clinic so far; all 3 have been really great. The doctors have been helpful, compassionate, intelligent and informed, and the receptionists have always been polite and helpful. In fact, a receptionist who works there lives in the area I moved from and kindly offered to stop in at my old vet's office to pick up my pets' records. I have 7 pets, and all information was entered within days after she got my records; I immediately started receiving notifications in the mail of who was due for what. They also offer great "extras" for your pets, like catnip to relax your kitty, and a soft bed when euthanizing a pet (I had to have my dog put down and they went above and beyond to make her comfortable). They answered my questions patiently and never once made me feel like it was "about the money" and not about my pets and my level of comfort with them.
