Run for the hills. Perry (the owner) and his staff will promise the world and deliver deplorable service, sub-standard ethics and a shoddy work product. They violate lien laws and don't protect deposits with escrow or bond--demo, scope changes and shake downs for thousands and thousands. Perry is a crook. Really. Worst experience of my life. And should I mention all the extra costs they hide in fine print which they know you will have to incur. But wait, they don't tell you any of this until you sign on the dotted line. Look up New York Wood Floors or Metropolitan Wood Floors and Perry Hiiman on e-courts. And call the Department of Consumer Affairs. They are VERY familiar with PH. If you go ahead and use them, I can assure you, you'll regret it.
