Successful (2) bath Renovation:\r
""We recently renovated our two bathrooms and walked away very happy with both service and quality that NYKB provided. I must say that renovations are never easy breezy, requiring your time, patience and flexibility. That's why it was so important to us to be working with the right team. It all started with high quality designer Meirav, who spent 20-30 hours with us working on both design and picking the actual materials. She was always available after our initial few meetings as we came up changes to our plans. It was invaluable to have the designer's perspective to make sure everything fits together, both size wise and stylistically.\r
Once the project started NYKB assigned a project manager who would visit our apartment almost everyday to ensure the project was done properly. He would then constantly update me on status and any issues that popped up.\r
NYKB also did a great job managing our building's management ensuring everything was done to satisfy their picky requirements, including dealing with insurances, architects, working within allowed hours, etc.\r
The project was finished maybe a week later than originally promised, which was very impressive for a project of this size. We are extremely happy with our bathrooms and the experience NYKB provided.\r
Finally NYKB continued to deliver on their promises including quickly responding to our warranty calls. Perry Hiiman, the owner, has demonstrated that he stands up for his reputation and brand and will do everything in his power to exceed customer's expectations.\r
