I have had American Family for several years and never really thought about my insurance....just paid it and got my ID cards. I called Sean and he explained what all of my coverages meant and how I qualified for some discounts that I wasn't getting. When we were done, he helped me get better coverage with Allstate and I saved about $535 / year on my home and auto insurance.
