WORST OFFICE STAFF I've ever dealt with. If you are looking at renting an apartment in this property, I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere. I've had problems with dealing with the staff and the information they provide since we signed our lease. When you move out, they will charge you for painting your apartment and cleaning the carpet so you definitely will not get your deposit back. On top of that, they will pile on fees at their convenience. Even if the office staff makes a mistake, you will still have to pay for whatever charges are added on, even if they were added there to no fault of your own. In reading previous reviews, I see that complaints about staff are a common thread, so clearly this is not an issue the manager is concerned about enough to correct it.\r
As far as the property, it is very noisy since it is right on the flight path for most airplanes. The walkways and stairs are really dirty as the management does nothing to maintain the upkeep of the buildings. \r
There are other properties in the area that may cost a bit extra but it's probably so worth it in order to deal with professional and helpful staff. \r
