When I first started going there the staff was wonderful... However, things have drastically changed.\r
I had an open account with these people and always paid on time, the agreed amount.There was never a moment where there was any problem of any kind, either between me and the medical staff or the billing department.\r
One day, I called the vet because my last leukemic cat, was showing signs that the leukemia was catching up with her. I wanted to bring her to the vet in hopes of making her more confortable. Half an hour later, I called again and asked if an other cat of mine, who doesn't have the virus, could come in and get her shot as well. For a second time I was told not a problem.I blew off the shots clinic @ the humane society because I figured I was going to my vet, and to just get both done at the same time.\r
