years ago this used to be a great company to buy rc equipment from lately it has been the worst. a few months ago i bought an rc truck from them and the radio didnt work right, i took it in and they tried to rig it to "kind of make it work". when that failed they said i can either return it with a restocking fee or i could contact the manufacturer to get a new one. any other business would have taken care of the issue and contacted the manufacturer to get me a new one seeing as how i had just spent over $400 on it. then on a separate occasion i went to the store to get a new landing skid for my helicopter and the same guy (the guy with the dragons layer truck) was at the front counter on the phone when i walked in. i patiently waited for him to finish his conversation. when he got off the phone he looked at me, put a box on the shelf, then walked to the back room so the guy at the back counter had to help me. on to todays issue, i called in to see if they had any parts for an associate
