I can't say enough good about Solvit Home Services. My furnace and air conditioner quit working during the heat wave during the summer. When I called the maintenance company I usually do business with, they said they wouldn't be able to get out to my house for another ten days, so I called Solvit, and they came out THAT DAY. The technician took a look and told us it would not be a quick fix. He informed me that he would have to order a part, which would take a few days. He called me the next day, though, saying we were in luck because the part had come in! He came back that same day and was here until past 7pm that evening in order to make sure he was running the way it was supposed to. He explained EVERYTHING to me. There were no questions at all about the fee, either. A few weeks later, a part of my heater went out causing my air conditioner to stop working again. The same awesome technician came over that day and worked until 8:30pm to install a whole new unit for us. The next day, he called to check how everything was functioning, and ever since the installation, I haven't had any problems. This company is wonderful, and I have had a fabulous experience with them!
