Review content:
I was referred to this office from our family doctor in Roseville my son has allergies and slight asthma. When I arrived I wasn't greeted by a friend front office rather a rude unprofessional front office lady named Charlene, she baggered me for my insurance information deductible and copayments I had planned to pay anything that the needed but the way she went about it was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we saw the doctor he seemed to be rushed and like he didn't want to be there, my son was not happy and when we left he asked me if he ever had to go again and I said no. Since then I found a doctor in Sacramento and the atmosphere in the office is extremely professional and kind. Even though I have to drive a ways to get there at least my son is getting good care and their office staff is very pleasant. I wouldn't recommend Alpine Allergy to anyone.
Pros: The only pros is when we got to leave the office!
