We have been making the more than an hours trip from where we live to take our pets to Dr. Bolt and his staff for more than five years. Believe me, it is worth the time to know that we have the expertise they offer to keep our pets well and to respond to their health problems.\r

We "inherited" a pair of guinea pigs and quickly found that they required the specialized service and training of a vet knowledgeable in the treatment of exotic animals. What are exotic animals? Besides guinea pigs, exotics include all rodents, ferrets, sugar gliders, chinchillas, reptiles like snakes and turtles and all sorts of birds. Beyond this, Dr. Bolt provides excellent care to regular pets like cats and dogs; and is one of a few vets designated to treat wildlife. He has even provided services to the huskies who run in the Iditarod sled race! \r
