My pet has been a patient for several years. Having been healthy, receiving her shot, grooming through Pet Center (satelitte hosp); however, when an emergency arose....well.......they jumped all over it.....telling me what she needs. When I asked about expense (which makes you feel bad), the Dr excused herself to speak to office manager and came back with an offer to hook me up with a finance company! What they were saying is that they could help my dog, but if I couldnt pay the bill in full at time of service........here's a finance company...I have been a customer for several years and at NO given time have I ever NOT paid my bill....in a matter of minutes the bill went from $250 to $500. So when I asked if I could make payments....thats when the finance company came in to play..I specfically said ""so you are telling me you can save my dog, but because I cannot pay the bill in full now my only alternative is to put her down"".........the doctor and assistant just stood there and looked at me......we can offer you reference to our finance company........For the pet...NO...For the $..YES........having this experience makes me really miss my retired vet Dr. Thomas McNeil....HE MADE HOUSE CALLS!!!!
