I found the Woodlake location to be chaotic, overpriced, and not worthy of their prices. I waited for over an hour (giving me water doesn't make up for waiting that long) and then it was 3 hours to ""squeeze"" me in after having an appointment. My visit was over 4 hours for cut/color. I've been to many salons in the same price range and Alicia's service was far from comparable. They were inconsistent and sloppy. \r

I've never written an online review before, but I felt compelled to because I have limited funds to spend on my hair and thought I would spare someone else the unnecessary expense. They really need to brush up on their organization skills and remember to pay attention to their clients who are paying top dollar for their services. After all the time and money I spent there, my husband said my hair looked the same except shorter.
