I used California NY Express (Move East) this month for my move from Manhattan to West Hollywood. The experience was great from beginning to end. I sent an inquiry online and received a call back quickly from Josh who answered all of my questions, walked me through the process, prepared an estimate for me and scheduled my move. The team in NY arrived on time (and even called me to tell me they were 30 min away) and they were friendly and efficient. I was thrilled to see that the estimate I was given over the phone was right on! They sent daily progress emails so I could track my stuff along the way and called several days in advance to set a time for delivery. In LA I was just as impressed with the team who unpacked us as they were on time, gave us a heads up as to when they would arrive and were friendly and efficient. All of my boxes were labeled and listed clearly so I was sure everything they packed up arrived safely in LA. All around I highly recommend this team- for the money you can't beat it!
