Review content:
Artistic Iron came recommended to me by 2 acquaintances. One of the ""owners"" came to our house to look at our iron fencing project in Capitol Hill. He measured and we discussed the project. We were excited to get the quote. He said he would get back to us with a quote within a week. One & 1/2 weeks later no quote so I called him on his cell phone. First he couldn't remember the project, then he said he wasn't interested in the project because we had to apply for a variance and that the project would stretch out too long. It would have been nice if he told us that up front! I was furious by the time I got off the phone with him - shocked that such a successful business would treat a potential client so poorly. Now I'm back to square one with trying to find someone to do our iron fence project. If the above reviewer (sounds like we had the same ""salesman"") has someone that they can recommend could you plass it along in another review? Thanks.
