I would describe myself as being a loyal customer to Carpet Cleaning Charlotte! They have always provided an excellent service and great value for the money. They are efficient, reliable and will tackle even the most challenging job with humor and hard work. Mark is always very careful around delicate furniture and scrupulously tidy when he works. This is absolutely a five star company and I recommend them unreservedly.
