I am so glad that I found this company! I recently moved to Orlando and viewed over a dozen rental homes managed by at least 4-5 different companies. I was extremely underwhelmed by most of the properties and many of the companies were rude and unprofessional...except this one! I worked with a realtor and she is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and she went above and beyond by letting me view a property after hours because it was the only time my husband could see it with me. She also suggested places where I could find appliances and was in constant contact via email when I was out of state finishing the move. Since signing on to the lease, they have impressed me even more with how quick, efficient and helpful everything has been. We absolutely love the house that we are renting and are so happy to have had such an easy time with the move, largely due to the Property Management Specialists.
