Businiess name:  Gregg Florist

Review content:
I used Gregg Florist for Valentine's Day 2/14/11. I was told they could deliver a dozen roses (cost $90). The roses were delivered as promised - but unfortunately not until 7:00 pm the evening of Valentine's Day. When I complained to the manager that I should have been advised beforehand that the delivery might not occur until late evening his explanation was "we're like Federal Express, we just keep putting them on the truck." Ok, thanks for explaining that to me - it sure made me feel a lot better about the lousy service. \r \r The boquet itself was average at best but certainly nothing special, and quite expensive for what it was. \r \r I thought I would give Gregg Florist a try but will certainly not use them again. There are better florists in town.
