DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS MORTUARY. They do not honor their contracts. In making arrangements for my father, it was agreed upon by the person who held the Power of Attorney for my father, for me, as the oldest daughter, to pick up his ashes. Papers were signed my both parties and the mortuary.\r
The POA decided to change her mind and pick up the ashes herself and make arrangements to have him interned in a Memorial Wall. I was not contacted by the mortuary to the change of arrangements and when I called for a time to pick up, I was informed that he was already picked up and they had no alternative but to release his ashes to a non-family member. Thanks for the heads-up Lima Santa Clara and the emotional stress this has caused the family. Be aware of their practices and deceitfulness.
