STAY AWAY! Told me one price over the phone for an oil change. I made an appointment and came several days later. When I got there, I asked again about the price, Brad gave me the same price range. He kept answering the phone, never putting the caller on hold, having long personal conversations while we were talking. Then, I was there for 20 minutes before they ever pulled my car in. Then AFTER they pulled my car in and got it up on the lifts, the price was $25 more. I asked about the price difference and he said that he looked it up then and my car took more oil than he thought. We had a fairly heated discussion and I finally gave in because they had already started on my car and I took half a day off to get it done. Then he comes back out and he says ""your car is leaking oil from EVERYWHERE and I am taking pictures because you are the kind of person who would blame it on us."" I had had enough. I told him to get my car down and I left. I immidiately took it somewhere else where they did it for much less and said it didn't have a single leak (I guess they weren't trying to rip me off!) but the seal for the oil filter was a bit old and they replaced the little ""o ring"" for free. I have NEVER had such a bad experience with ANY business in my life.
