The women working here is so incredibly rude it is unbelievable. I have never been spoken to like that as a customer in my life. She charged me $25 for cleaning when I checked the cab prior to returning it and there was no garbage whatsoever. She also charged me $30 because apparently the truck wasnt brough back ""full"" when I filled it up less than a half mile away. She practically screamed at me. I had to ask her to stop yelling at me numerous times. She also said she charged the other truck that was brought in that day with a cleaning fee. I just dont belive it. \r
DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! I have moved many times and have rented from UHAUL with never a problem. First and LAST time with budget. Especially the rude woman at this branch on Main st. in Endwell. They should be ashamed to have her as an employee. \r

I even called corporate to complain about her.
