Review content:
First time using RKK and overall I was satisfied with price and service. Pricing is up front and within reason. My repair was well done and done right, and that is always my main concern. While I questioned one particular charge for ""limited access"" to the main line, which was already exposed, I thought it more important to have a warrantied repair done by a licensed plumber and let it go. At least they knocked off the service call charge for the sake of my senior mom living at the property. I would not hesitate using them again.
