My husband took his Fossil watch in to have a battery replaced. They replaced the battery but the watch didn't work. The person who spoke with my husband said he could leave it and they would look at it to figure out why it wasn't working. They said they would call him and inform him of what was wrong with the watch. A month later and we didn't receive a phone call. I called them as soon as they opened on Friday and the woman that I spoke with was very rude. She informed me that they had just opened and she couldn't look for his watch right then and that she would call me back in 15 minutes. No one returned my call. My husband decides to have it picked up. The lady that was behind the counter, when I went to pick up the watch, was extremely rude and then attempted to charge me again for what my husband had already paid for. I refuse to go back to this store. I'll find another store that cares about their customers or I'll buy a new watch!
