One of the worst experiences with a contractor that I've ever had. Had an issue with the mirror not fitting properly into my ""templated"" space with 1/4"" gap on side that they were unwilling to fix. The contractors did not take 2 minutes to protect the countertop and faucets under their work area and dropped the mirror and scratched my new faucets. Owner agreed to reimburse me the money on three separate phone calls (never once mentioning that he wanted the damaged faucet), then when I provided him the receipt and photos, he said he wouldnt do it and literally HUNG UP ON ME…his customer. Wow! His workers didn't take the time to be cautious and I, the customer, had to pay the price. I cant believe companies can stay in business when they treat their customer like ""the bad guy""! How about taking some pride in your work and doing a good job…I am now convinced that with today's contractors, this is non-existant!!! Word of advice…Do not do business with this company.
