Bought my carpet there not even two years ago and its turned in to the biggest disaster ever! First of all they brought the wrong color which they insisted was right, I should have known right there it was going to be a problem since they refused to fix that issue! Second they told me it was the best carpet for staying clean, It holds every foot print and speck of dust to touch it even though I've had it professionally cleaned twice!!!! even the professionals can't help fix this mess!!! so now I am having to spend another large amount of money if I want to do anything to make this mess better. That is something I could barely afford the first time I can't afford to do it again! NEVER BUY THEIR CARPET!
