I would never recommend Frisby Construction. I went in July 5, 2013 to get an estimate to finish my basement and to get a new deck. I was told an estimator would call me to setup an appointment. On August 12th I had no received one call! I call in on Aug 12th and talked to the receptionist who took my information and she was shocked I had not been called. She told me she would get right on it and call me back that day to give me a date an estimator would be out. Now it is September 12th and still NOT ONE CALL!!!! I call in today to only find out that they don't have my information and when I express my frustration with the lack of professionalism they tell me that receptionist is no longer with the company. Way to blame someone who probably quit because she was tired of people calling in like me wondering where the estimator was.
