Kenny is a very talented plumber in his own right, but what amazed me is that in the interest of his client, he called for a 2nd opinion from the Master Plumber. When he chases a leak, he is darn sure where to start to minimize any damage to the walls. Kenny is truly service oriented where most just give that phrase lip service. When he enters your house it is with respect for you and for your house. He is not afraid to educate you on what he is doing. In fact, Kenny is wise, he knows this knowledge leads to trust and trust leads to repeat business. It's a win/win for all. He is personable as well as professional. I also love that he is always a student; he always wants to learn more and in doing so support his customers. He suggests future purchases or repairs but approaches it in a very supportive and non-profit sorta of way; a way that makes me as a client trust that this repair or addition is truly life-enhancing. He is the best representative McCarthy can have. The best advertisement for them is not an advertisement in the Yellow Pages or on the side of a bus or service truck; the best advertisement is Kenny himself.
