Extremely terrible experience stay in the Comfort inn Tyson's corner. My personal stuff has been stole or threw away by the housekeeping. Never ever book the hotel at Comfort inn Tyson's corner :1587 spring hill road, Vienna, VA. Tel: 703-448-8020
I stayed there for 2 nights. I took most of my stuff with me and left my personal toiletries with cosmatic bag in the bathroom to let it dry. when I came back, the housekeeping already clean the room and my stuff just gone!! I spoke to the front desk, they couldn't get in touch with the housekeeping and told me to wait until the next morning. I know it's just toiletries with the Shiseido cleanser that I just purchased, however, the supervisor and the front desk has EXTREMELY terrible attitudes!! Next morning, I have to go to the front desk again to remind them since nobody calls to result the issue and they said the entire room was empty when the housekeeping stepped in. What a lier!!! Because I also left my shower ball and it was hanging in the wardrobe. The housekeeping probably didn't see it. The housekeeping first said that there's nobody in the room. Of course there's nobody in the room, but as a housekeeping, she must know how many nights am I staying in the room; if not, she must ask. I don't know if she threw it away or something, so that she has to acted like nothing was in the room. The problem is their attitudes, reliability and their abilities to solve the problem. They acted like I was looking for troubles. No apologize. I travels a lot, never had experiences like that. Now that I have nothing to use. Thank god I took valuable stuff with me. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in Comfort inn Tyson's corner, if you already booked it, make sure you take all the stuff away with you!!!
