The Restaurant...
The ambiance of this restaurant is breathtaking! The dim lighting, the dark and mysterious looking interior design, and the modern seating makes Rare so sexy. This place is perfect for a fun and intimate date. The first floor is for bar seating, while the second floor is for dining, with a bonus - another bar! While a romantic date night is ideal here, it is also great for watching a game or having drinks at one of their stimulating bars to kick back. 5 stars must go to the atmosphere!
The Service...
From the moment we walked inside, we were greeted with warm welcomes from the hosts and friendly smiles. Once we were seated, our waiter provided the best service to us, making sure to give his recommendations, as well as staying attentive to us.
The Food...
We started with the Calamari. For two people, this was more than enough for sharing. The portion size of this appetizer is better fit for four people. The batter was crisp and flavorful, which paired great with the aioli sauce that took the calamari to intense heights. I prefer my calamari to have less batter, but it was a different twist that I was glad I got to taste.
The Salmon Sashimi was extremely fresh and the cut of each piece was perfect.
The King Crab Rainbow Roll was the highlight of the night. I would definitely order this again!
