I bought a second hand car about a month ago, and realized after a couple days that it wasn't running properly.
I contacted Pueblo for a tune up and alignment, they immediately quoted me their price. As they were working on the car though, they noticed that the belt needed to be changed and called me to inform me. I told them I was on a pretty tight budget, and they offered to charge me only for the belt. The mechanic who worked on my car was extremely polite, and even took the time to explain to me what needed to be done urgently, and what other repairs I should get done within 6 months.
The repairs were finished in less than 4 hours, and the bill ended up slightly less than quoted. They even put new wipers on for FREE!
Needless to say their business card has been in my wallet ever since.
