We had been a patron of Westhill Consulting travel and tours. They booked many vacations for us. We trusted them because we were so delighted on the very first time they serviced us so from then on we only considered one travel agency. They have been the most helpful and knowledgeable travel agent we have met! They have navigated us through the tour maze and made fabulous suggestions to make our travels the best and most memorable always. Never fails to do so.
There was one time when me and my family were suppose to travel together but apparently I cannot travel with them on the same date because something came up with work. I needed to buy a ticket separately but Westhill graciously helped search for flights/routes that fit my schedule. Everyone that I dealt with at Westhill was very friendly and helpful and you can see that they were genuine people. I feel very fortunate to have found such a competent, intelligent, helpful, and well-traveled travel agency.
We have experienced several trips with them and they made our trips seamless; from hotel reservations to train/air destinations to excursions, they have lead the way for us. They were always professional and their experiences with traveling are just what us novices needed.
Another good thing about Westhill agents is that most of them have been all over the world themselves so they give advice based on personal experiences not just what he has read in guidebooks or found online. They have helped me and my family plan a wide variety of trips of all different styles and costs. We've gone on adventures to Egypt, to India, Europe and on cruises. His advice, recommendations, and travel arrangements have always been thoughtful, cost-effective, and accurate.
It doesn’t end there; I admire them because they were really reliable for more remote and difficult itineraries. I am very confident that it is Westhill who are standing behind if something might go wrong with my itinerary.
