I'm vacationing from NYC and this publix was right down the road from my hotel. I stopped to get Deviled eggs and couldn't find them in the deli. I asked an employee, Tom, if he knew where they were. He asked around and they were out, so he said he'd check to see if there were any in back. They didn't have any but he said if I didn't mind waiting 5 minutes they would make some for me! I couldn't believe it. I waited a few minutes and took my eggs back to the hotel and they were delicious. I don't know if this is normal in Naples but that is NOT a typical shopping experience in New York. A+! Great job
