I have used Perfect Home Services twice this year, once for a completely blocked main sewer pipe, and just recently for installation of a new furnace, air conditioning system, and replacement of the fiberglass ductwork in the attic for the upstairs ducts.
In the first case, they brought in a camera and saw a mountain of tree roots. Then they brought in a hydrojetter that cuts the roots with a 3000 psi jet of water. It cleared out in less than an hour and saved me a ton of money from not having to dig up the sewer pipe. They were very honest and fair and did a super job on short notice.
Secondly I wanted more insulation in my attic, but my ductwork up there had started to disintegrate. PHS recommended that I also replace the very old furnace and air conditioner. They did the whole job in one day, and followed up to make sure that it was all perfect. The product, Trane, is first-class and such an improvement that we don't regret a single penny spent. And the technicians are all first-class too.
