The Plumbing Store is very professional. After booking an appointment, you receive a confirmation email with a picture of the person who will be knocking on your door and the customer service person who assisted you.
I chose John P after interviewing plumbers for a vanity remodel that required assessment of the job prior to beginning, moving water stops to accommodate cabinets and installation of faucets. I was dissatified with prior plumbers I've used in Prescott and wanted one who would not leave glue/calk around stainless steel drains, scratch countertops and who had an eye for the aesthetic and could provide reliable advice. John provided all of this. He is also on time and will preserve the cleanliness of your carpets and the integrity of the areas surrounding the plumbing area.
