I left my earrings for repairs and was told that the jeweler was in the hospital and then his store was robbed. Then they tried to convince me that these other poor quality earrings were the ones I left them. Luckily i had a picture of them. I know another person that left his bracelet there for repairs and they lost it but did replace it with one of their items that TARNISHED!
