I had them install a new Buderus boiler in my residence, and from the outset, it was a terrible experience. The technicians that were sent to install the boiler had no idea how to perform the install, and actually joked about that in my presence. After the install, the boilerdid not function properly, and they were required to come out (twice in the middle of the night), and still they could not get it right. They just kept swapping parts to see if that would fix it. There also seemed to be alot of turnover (employees who most likely left for better companies)
I had several calls with the general manager, who was nothing but an arrogant bully who threatened to drop my service contract because "we don't owe you anything". Finally, I gave up on what was clearly an incompetent company, and called in the Buderus field technicians who not only corrected all of Heritage's mistakes, but who commented that I should have called them for a recommendation on installers before I chose Heritage. Live and learn, but my advice - stay away!
