Businiess name:  Hour Glass the
Review by:  Alicia R.
Review content:
I've been a customer of the Hour Glass for many years. A few months ago I spent about $160 on some prescription sunglasses only to return to today for my daughter's appointment and had the worst experience ever. To make a long story short, a high parking block and a low clearance on a car caused my front bumper to be almost completely torn from car. However, the manager, Collette, was quick to let me know that the Hour Glass was not responsible or be covering any of the damages. I'm certain the money from billing my insurance and out of pocket expenses that have been paid to the Hour Glass was ten times more the damages to my car. It's clear that have no sense of customer loyalty, doing the right thing or what good business sense really means. Needless to say, I will not be returning to the Hour Glass nor do I recommend them to anyone so the chances of me continuing to shop locally are slim to none.
