Review content:
WAY overpriced! I got quotes from 5 Tucson companies - all had A+ BBB ratings with no complaints, and no complaints with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. I got quotes for the exact same systems (same model #s) from each of them and Hamstra was 24% higher (more than $1700) than the next highest bid.\r
\r
The salesman spent more time telling me how great his company was and what “all” of their competitors would do wrong, than explaining the system(s) to me. When I asked questions, he would try to re-direct me by stating again how his boss/his company was better than the other guys. He also flat-out lied about a few things - I verified the info with the city planning and zoning dept. Just to add insult to injury, he smelled of stale cigarettes.\r
\r
He said he knew his prices MIGHT come in a LITTLE higher, but that was because they offer the best service. I’ll never know, I couldn’t get past the BS, the lies and the smell.\r
If you have to tear down your competition to make a sale, something’s not right!
