Review content:
Let me start by saying..I consider myself a bit of a wine snob, which unfortunatly makes me not a huge fan of this winery. North Carolina climate by nature isn't good to grow red grapes...Scuppernoog yes...Merlot...tastes like cat urine. Despite how obviously bad red wine is from this state the winerys continue to make it, people continue ti buy it, andthen state "I don't like red wine"...really you dont like cat urine which is what red wine from NC is. That said, sweet white wines are pretty good from NC. I'm a fan of "Early Twilight" a dessert wine from Chatham Hill, they have tastings pretty reguarly as well which can let you get a taste before you buy.
