Review content:
I went to the Silver Spring office and the clinical outcoem was good. I had 4 visits, the big problem is that no one would talk to me at the first nor any follow up appts. about the insurance contracted rate and my payment due. They are a PPO provider with my insurance, but charged me as if self pay. I contacted the insurance to., they wrote a letter outlining what the charges should be and the amound due from me. After several weeks, I only got reimbursed because I involved the Dr., showing him the insurance letter.
Read reviews first as other patients reviews complain about the same over-charges. Maybe they will change this practice of over-charging. I won't go back.
