Kinkos offers the convenience of 24 hour access, computer workstations, an ample amount of printers and a generally friendly staff. If you have a simple or self service print job I would recommend Kinkos. However, if you have to print a book, a special job or need flawless printing and cutting; I would not recommend this Kinkos. I went to the Concord Kinkos to have a book printed for project. I 115 5x7 duel sided colored prints printed on 60lb paper. I told them I needed a book printed and cut for a special project. The price turned out to be a pricy $126.00 print job and an additional 4.00 for cutting. It took about 45 minutes and when I got the book back I noticed that the cuts were off by up to a 1/8 an inch and the crop marks were visible. For the amount I spent I was greatly disappointed. I went back in and pointed out the imperfections in my print job. She seemed unapologetic and offered a reprint (which I opted to take elsewhere for cutting). The worker explained that it was
