Review content:
Elena spoke to me and promised a cleaning service with a team of 2 at a rate of $25/hr- never mentioned it was $25/hr/person in any of our 3 conversations. She brought in 3 people, who gave an average service, and charged me $75 for one hour. The cleaners entered without knocking, threw around their jackets, used our own detergents, spilled Eucalyptus oil in my bathroom (it reeks), and spoke very rudely. They are apparently certified, for God knows what! A total waste of money.
