It might be a string of bad luck, but this didn't happen just once.. every time I need something done, they can't provide it. Once their color machine broke and wasn't gonna be fixed for a few hours. In the meantime I had to fevereshly run elsewhere to print my own color copies. Another time it took forever to laminate a few pages although I was told when it was going to be ready. With all the staff and equipment they have you would expect a faster turn-around. Or at least some sort of discount.
