I am grateful that I did not heed the on line review of the Bolingbrook Fed Ex Kinko store. I found that this brightly lit, organized, and clean store had very pleasant and cheerful employees. Interaction with these employees both by telephone and in person was a delightful surprise after reading the other reviews. My package was packed at the store. It arrived at it's destination intact, unharmed, and quickly. Thank you, Bolingbrook Fed Ex Kinko staff!
