I brought a Laptop with Battery Charger, Mouse and Assorted Cables to Fedex Kinko's to be packaged and shipped to the East Coast. The package arrived at the appointed time with the computer, but no charger, cables or mouse.\r

Upon being informed of this, I called fedex Kinko's and explained the situation. The employee who answered the call responded by saying: ok followed by, could you please complete the statement..\r

So I repeated the problem statement.. He responded by saying: "what would you like me to do about it?"\r
I responded by saying: "I would like you to find the cables and such and ship them to the intended address." He replyed be saying: "I dont know anything about your cables and such"..\r

I asked to speak with the store manager. The cables etc were under the counter; they shiped them as requested.\r

Guess, the barrier to entry is pretty low in terms of employment there..
